Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using KiraSEO, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. A person using the Service for an organization represents that they have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

KiraSEO is a read-only data workbench that synchronizes Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data into a hosted database and presents dashboards. The Service is not a replacement for Google's official products, professional SEO advice, financial advice, or legal advice.

3. Accounts, eligibility, and security

• You must have legal capacity to enter a binding contract and must not register under a false identity.
• You are responsible for securing your Google account and devices and for activity under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.
• You may not share access to evade account, quota, or service limits.

4. Data-source authorization and your responsibilities

You may connect only GSC sites, GA4 properties, and related data that you are authorized to access and process. You are responsible for obtaining notices, permissions, and consents required from organizations, clients, website visitors, or other parties and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable data protection, employment, confidentiality, and industry laws.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not violate law, third-party rights, or applicable Google, Supabase, or Vercel terms.
• Do not attempt to access another user's data or bypass authentication or security controls.
• Do not disrupt the Service, distribute malicious code, automate abuse, or unreasonably consume resources.
• Do not reverse engineer the Service to obtain keys, tokens, or confidential information.
• Do not use the Service or Google data for surveillance, discrimination, advertising profiles, credit assessment, or other unauthorized purposes.

6. Your data and license

You retain your rights in your data. You grant KiraSEO a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data only as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Service. This license ends when the data is deleted, subject to limited retention required by law or normal backup rotation.

7. KiraSEO intellectual property

Excluding your data and third-party materials, the KiraSEO software, design, branding, documentation, and related content belong to the KiraSEO operator or its licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service while the Terms remain effective.

8. Third-party services

The Service depends on Google, Supabase, Vercel, and other third-party services governed by their own terms and policies. Their changes, interruptions, quotas, or account restrictions may affect KiraSEO. We do not control or warrant independent third-party services.

9. Availability, changes, and previews

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or real-time operation. Google data may be delayed, sampled, revised, or incomplete. We may maintain, modify, or discontinue features and will provide reasonable advance notice of material user impact where practical. Beta or preview features are provided as-is and may change at any time.

10. Fees

Features without stated pricing may currently be offered free of charge. Before introducing a paid plan, we will disclose pricing, billing periods, refunds, and cancellation terms. These Terms alone do not authorize automatic charges.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as-is and as-available without express or implied warranties. You are responsible for verifying data and for business, SEO, or other decisions made using the dashboards.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the KiraSEO operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Liability that cannot legally be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that applicable law prohibits excluding.

12. Suspension, termination, governing law, and changes

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for a Terms violation, security risk, or legal requirement. Provisions that by their nature should survive— including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—continue after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the KiraSEO operator is established, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve disputes using the contact email below; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. We may update these Terms and will identify material changes through the effective date or reasonable notice. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
